Plots Galore, baby!
Welcome to the plots section. Here, you are liable to come across plots that you might like. Don't worry, I am open to anything, this just gives you a chance to get a feel for what types of plots I find interesting, or might like (in the case that you don't like them.)
All, and if not most, of my ideas are MxM. Like I said, I'm not really a fan of MxF, and sometimes I will do FxF. I'll let you know if I have any other ideas.
Lastly, I have no real preference on my role (mostly), but if I do, I'll let you know.

Soulmates
Soulmates. A word that is constantly in the air. A word that can make people cry tears of joy or leave people green with envy. While everyone has one, there is no guarantee that you will ever actually meet him or her. You have to live with the fact that you may never meet them. But, there will always be that need that begs to be filled, the ache in the back of the mind, a desperate wish that you will be blessed.
The proof of that blessing comes in many forms. It may be a spark that from every touch. A fire light by the locking of gazes. A mark that shines brightly when in the presence of your beloved. Whatever the way it appears, it is the sign that you are destined to be together.

Plot #1: The Spark that Starts the Fire
Character A was always told this story as a child. It was a bedtime story that his mother would always tell him before he slept. He would dream of the time he would finally meet the love of his life. They would get married, have a family, and grow old together. Even as he aged, he never gave up his hope. No one would shake his determination to meet the girl of his dreams.
Character B was indifferent to the soulmates belief. His family had a long line of soulmates. His parents, grandparents, great grandparents, and so on, had all met their soulmates. Even his six-year old cousin met her soulmate. He was the only one without one, and he was in no rush. His family, however, were not feeling the same. And so, they began to set up marriage interviews, despite him being only nineteen years old (or somewhere in the 19-25 year old range)
The two characters meet in a cafe, but not in the way you would expect (unless you totally saw this coming.) Character B is on a marriage interview with a young lady, his parents, and her parents. Character A is a waiter at the cafe, and just happens to be the one serving the group. With one look, Character A knows exactly who their soulmate is. The only problem? Character B doesn’t react the same way. He requires the touch, and just by looking, it seems the interview is going well. What will Character A do? Interrupt them? Let it happen? Watch in silence as his dreams shatter?

Arranged Marriages
Plot #1: A Promise for Life (I have a little more in depth idea, if you want to see it.)
An agreement between friends is a promise for life, and that’s exactly what two women made one day. Drunk and not thinking straight, the two decide to promise their first child’s hand in marriage when they become old enough. The agreement was written down and put in a safe place, and forgotten by the two for nearly twenty three years. One woman went on to be a world famous actress and model, marrying a handsome author and screenplay writer, and having a son. The other became a owner of a restaurant in a small seaside town, marrying a lawyer and having several children. The actress is cleaning out her library, and comes across her college yearbook, and begins to reminisce about the old days when she comes across a piece of paper folded neatly and stuck in between the crease of two pages. She finds that it is the agreement she made, and she and her husband decide to go through with the promise, their son is in agreement. Unbeknownst to the famous family, they are moving to the town in which her friend’s family lives. They meet at the restaurant, and the actress brings up the agreement, which the chef has not forgotten about, and they set up a day to meet up at the mansion, and catch up on old times, as well as bring up the agreement. |
Plot #2: What we do for Family
Character A is the male in a set of twins. His sister is in an arranged marriage with Character B, one that will make her a housewife, keeping her away from achieving her hopes and dreams. Character A has no hopes and dreams, and feeling that it is unfair to his sister, convinces her that the two should switch places. After all, the only difference between the two other than their genders was the lighter shade of blue in the female's eye. |
Vampire x Human/Vampire
One day, a couple finds an abandoned child in the park, a blanket wrapped snug around the baby and a note left on the side of the box it was in. In neat script read the words: “Please take care of him.” The couple, at a loss for what to do, take in the baby and raise it as their own.
As he grew, they found out that he had remarkable speed and strength, and thus he became quite the sports star. He also did well in his studies, maintaining one of the highest grades in all his classes. He was outgoing and well liked, a massive amount of friends and girls always around him. He was someone everyone liked and everyone wanted. And on his seventeenth birthday, he found out why.
It was the middle of the night when the first wave of pain set in. His gums were aching, his ears were ringing, his eyes were unfocused. It was nothing unbearable, but he still managed to fall back asleep. However, the second wave hit him hard, and was awake within seconds. He was dry heaving, a cold sweat had set on his brow, and he tossed and turned in his bed, boiling underneath his heavy covers. His sobbing woke his parents, and they found the boy in a mess. They tried anything and everything they could, but he was not getting better. They gave up reluctantly, and their son suffered through the night.
When he woke the next day, everything ached, but he was no longer in as much pain as before. He took a cold shower and when he got to his hair, a startling discovery was made. His eyes were no longer the same color as before, and instead were blood red. His skin was paler, but not so much that he looked as if he hadn’t been outside in ages. But the most startling thing was the elongated canines on his upper set of teeth.
It took a while for the family to accept that he was a vampire. The young man could still walk in the day, was not affected by garlic (or any of the popular ways to kill vampires for that matter), and had not gotten the urge to sink his fangs into anyone yet. He continued to live life normally, now hiding the fact he was a vampire.

This plot can now go one of two ways:
Way #1 - The Blood that Calls Me
Or, so he thought. Near the middle of the year, something unexpected happens. A sweet scent fills the air in his classroom, as a new student is introduced to the class. The vampire’s mouth can’t help but water with the scent that is filling his senses. He wants nothing more than to sink his teeth into the flesh of skin at the other’s neck. Unfortunately for him, the new student wants nothing to do with him. It breaks his heart, but he decides he doesn’t want to give up, and decides to go about getting the other to like him, one way or another. |
Way #2 - The Family Unknown
Or, so he thought. One day, a man arrives at his family’s home, demanding that he return with him. He stubbornly refuses, claiming that he will stay with the family who wanted him. Unfortunately, he is taken back, his current parents wanting him to go. He arrives to another home, greeted by a woman in tears. She claims to be his aunt. He forms a bound with her and decides to stay for a week. The only problem? She has a son, a couple years older than him, that is nothing but rude, and wants nothing to do with his cousin, trying to scare the male away. They constantly bump heads, but one day, he sees his cousin in quite a bad place and decides to help him out, changing their relationship forever. |
